Here's a set of angel wings,
I'm giving them to you.
I think that you have earned them,
With all the things you do.

You brighten up the days,
And always seem to care.
When someone needs a friend,
They can always find you there.

Angel wings are rare,
And given only to a few.
Reserved for Angels on Earth,
Special people just like you!
Count your Blessings.

Faith gives us the strength

Each day to carry on;

It lets us know we're not alone

Looking at the new dawn.

Our angels are beneath our wings

To help us off the ground;

Every little stumble

They never make a sound.

I hear you in my head

I hear you in my heart;

You tell me what to do

You help me to be smart

You've always kept me safe

Though sometimes not so easy;

I've got myself in some scrapes

and by my side you still tease me.

My angel can take messages

To places I can't go;

Straight to the Lord himself

And others that I know.

Those who have gone before

I miss them oh so much;

Messages I can send to them

Replace their missed soft touch.

The comfort that I draw from these

Amazing all the time;

Nourishing my heart and soul

Giving me back some of what was mine.
