Words can't explain how much I love you
words can't explain how much I care;
The only thing I know is that this paper lark
Apart from cash I just do not dare.

Who thought up all these different elements
To match up all the years;
They really didn't think it through
It will all land up in tears!

It has stood the test of time though
the same as we will too;
So I guess I'll go along with it
Lots of money - Oh, I do love you!

I vowed to love you forever
and it's been easy up to now;
I can't believe a year has gone
I'll stay some more if you'll allow.

I find you even nicer now
than I ever thought before,
I can't remember how my life was
Before you knocked at my door.

Home made wine to celebrate
I don't think so not tonight;
Celebrations are booked for later
To spend it under starlight.
