Love Birthday Poems

May this birthday be the first of many,
Each more joyous in our growing love,
Revealing more of happiness than any
Riches might provide or pain remove.

Years flow like an unrepentant river,
Carrying the soil of life away,
Holding far more than they can deliver,
Rushing past the certitudes that stay.

In love there is an instance of forever
So shy and lovely it eludes the eye,
The sense of being home when we're together,
More enduring than a reason why.

As love is born of passion, borne by will,
So may for many years we choose love still.

My Darling-Happy Birthday

You are everything to me and you’ve done so much for me , made my life so very happy, you’re my inspiration in everything I do. So on your birthday I’d like to thank you, and tell you that I love you and always will.

You are the one who shows me charm

You are the one I so adore;

Embrace me in your loving arms

And I'll show you romance, passion and amour.

Your birthday needs a celebration

A candlelit dinner for two?

Or down the pub with all your friends

I know what one I want to do.

The hours I spend with you I look upon as sort of a perfumed garden, a dim twilight, and a fountain singing to it. You and you alone make me feel that I am alive. Other men it is said have seen angels, but I have seen thee and thou art enough. George Moore

My Angel Happy Birthday

Men are just like chocolates
Us girls know that is true
Found in bars they don't last long
Enough to satisfy you
And on that thought
Happy Birthday

Love Birthday Poems

You're at an age when you've finally got your head together and your body's falling apart;

Good job I love you from the inside

I am only interested in your heart.

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Stop complaining...
I am older than you!!

I know I've got my bus pass

And half price on the coach;

But it's not all it's cracked up to be

I'm not old enough for a brooch.

I still feel like I'm twenty two

Well maybe, that's a lie;

But early forties most definitely

Anymore than that and I'll cry.

So let's get down to celebrate

The birthday party night out;

Is it to be bingo, bowls or darts

We'll enjoy it, I have no doubt.
